The overview that everything runs from
After signing in, you land on the overview. It shows in one picture where your company stands. The basic setup guides you through the first steps, from the company profile through departments and roles to the compliance framework. The quick access takes you in one click to the course library, to the team, or to the records.
At the bottom is your profile with the regulations that apply to you, such as the revised FADP, the GDPR, or ISO 27001. No hidden menu, no second piece of software. What you need is reachable from here.
From the library to the record
Under Learning, you find the course library. It holds the global KALYX catalogue and your own courses in one place, with search and filters by type, level, sector, and position.
The path is always the same. A course is worked through, the exam is taken, and whoever passes automatically receives a record under Records. What such a piece of evidence has to carry so that it holds when it matters is set out in How do I prove that my staff are trained?. The compliance status, without asking around
For steering, there is the manager cockpit. It shows the coverage per department, the open and the overdue obligations, and the number of people. Your data stays in Switzerland and the EU
A compliance tool that carries your data to a third country solves one problem and creates a bigger one. KALYX keeps content and learning results in Switzerland and the EU. The AI-supported course creation also runs on a European inference profile, and your content does not train any external models. For regulated operations, this is often the reason for the choice, because the revised FADP and the GDPR place strict requirements on data storage.
