Why an off-the-shelf course misses your business

An off-the-shelf data protection course knows the law. It does not know your processes, not your tools, not the one folder where your sensitive data sits. It speaks in general terms because it has to fit everyone. And because it fits everyone, it fits no one entirely.

The knowledge your people really need is usually already written down. In the internal directive, in the quality manual, in the leaflet from the last incident. It just sits in a form that nobody reads voluntarily, and nobody checks whether it got through.

What this looks like in KALYX

You upload your document. KALYX builds a course draft from it, document-based, meaning close to what your document says and not freely invented. It produces modules with text, key points, and sources, plus an exam.

The scope is set by the level, not by chance. Basics are five modules and ten questions, Intermediate eight and sixteen, Advanced eleven and twenty-two, Expert fourteen and twenty-eight. Whoever chooses Advanced gets Advanced, not five slides with a big title.

Course creation runs on a European inference profile. Your documents stay in Switzerland and the EU, and they do not feed into the training of external models. A human approves, not the machine

This is where KALYX parts ways with the fast AI that promises a finished course in five seconds. A KALYX course draft is a draft. It visibly carries the note that it was created with AI, and it does not reach your people until a human has reviewed and approved it on the merits. This approval is not a formality, it is a barrier in the system. Without a recorded approval, no course appears.

That is slower than pressing a button. It is also the reason you can trust the result. Whoever is trained relies on the content being correct. KALYX does not hand this responsibility off to a model, it stays with a human whose name is on the approved content.

From course to record

Once the course is approved and passed, it produces a record that the person keeps. It shows who worked through which content, when, and with what result they passed, verifiable from the outside.
